Well I actually couldn't beleive that the Viper Mag would put in a story about this product. I have posted many many articles about the poor quality of this product and it's is still at the factory as a recall. The story goes jsut like this. Andrew in Texas had one and had problems getting it to Idle below 1500 rpm. He sent it to me to try out and I had the same issues even trying to adjust the TB sensor. I wrote to the factory since they don't list a phone number on ther web page. Anyway I ended up sending it back to them and a few day later I got it back. It idled down around 750 ( not bad) but, this time the throttle blades were rubbing on the body making the throttle stick shut make it hard to take of from a stop sigh etc. I took it back off and put it to the light I could see the butterflies rubbing over 50% on one side and some on the other side. I contacted BBK about this issue and they were aware of it and were making adjustments and were going to send out a new one once they resolved the issue. That was a couple months ago still nothing. My issue here is that X-Metal single blade TB has no issues that I am aware of it's near as perfect as you can get it totally polished works perfect. The HP increase probably is minimal on either one but I think before you write an article about something like this it should be looked at by more than the author of the article. Very Disappointed.

I can tell you that the xviper throttle body is not perfect either as it created some idle hang for some, including me, but the quality is top notch and it does provide much better throttle response than the stock TB. I have yet to try to tweak it a bit to do away with the idle hang. I plan to tinker with it soon.
