Thinking of moving to the Zone

I'm seriously thinking of moving my family to Arizona (Phoenix area) where I can get a lot of house for the money... plus we have family out there. Unfortunatley I'm not finding any good jobs in software development. . Would appreciate if anyone could give me names of SW development companies.
