Hubinette to Appear on 'Geraldo at Large' TV Program
Mopar and Samuel Hubinette will hit the nation's airwaves tonight, as the "Crazy Swede" was filmed over the weekend at the Formula D Chicago event for a segment that will appear on Fox News Networks "Geraldo at Large" program tonight.
Hubinette talked with one of the show's correspondents, Phil Keating, on the sport of drifting, which is receiving major mainstream media coverage leading up to this Friday's wide release of Universal Picture's "The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift." Hubinette then took Keating along for a ride only Mopar and the "Crazy Swede" could provide, putting him in the passenger seat of the Mopar Dodge Viper SRT10 for two runs on the Chicago course.
"We knew it was only a matter time before drifting blew up and received coverage in the mainstream," said Hubinette. "It seems like all the hard work we've been doing for two seasons to promote the sport is paying off."
