Yes on the drink holder; I got mine at a Boat Supply place - cost $4.95.
Used that good double back foam tape to put it on - it is strong, and holds a 20 oz. water bottle with no problem.

Agreed, I have been using Auto Visuals pens for a while now. They are fantastic and a great solution at $20.
