Let me assure you, I have about 2k on mine and I'm boosted, and I sure as HELL do spin the tires (not burn outs, those are ***) while im moving, roll onto the throttle and away the tires go..spinning all day long as I sing my songs

Also from a start, I often sping a bit, on an agressive launch.
And JUST yesterday, I said to myself.. hmm.. check the tires, I wonder if this aggressive driving (normal for me) is shortening the life of the tires.
You know what I saw ? Rears that looked EXACTLY like they did new. I even compared to the front and was like ***... I was actually dissapointed. I wanted more wear, because I have this set of ps1's that im just DIEING to put on my car because they are old, and I want to finally get them used up. Also I can do a TON more spinning (ps1s spin a lot more then ps2s, because ps1s dont grip as well). Silly rational, I know. But when you have been through 100,000 miles on a viper, killing tires is just a sport you learn to play and enjoy.
Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with your cars alignment if they are used up at 2k miles. And IF someone did that kind of burn outs, do you know HOW long they would have to do it for? My god, I would go to the drag stip all the time with my ps1s on my Gen 2, do nasty burn outs, do many passes, and still not be able to discern any appeciable difference in tread depth vs when I first got there. No if you lost that much at the hands to a dealership, well they were REALLY beating the Sheet outta the car/tires doing MAJOR burn outs.
Dont you check the milage before and after you drop the car off?
