If you convert an American to a Canadian you have to double their taxes and they then live in a socialist country with bad health care and whining Quebecers. I converted the other way.

DRL's, recall notice from dodge, get airbag/safety stickers that have french & englisgh on them. Check on www.trader.ca for ontario and find the guy named Gardelli Motors (has a few vipers for sale now) he brings them up from the states and reconditions them here.
