That price is probably the best you will find in Canada for a new Viper. My brother lives in Canada and I searched up there for my Viper (to take advantage of exchange rate). I found that Vipers are harder to come by up there thus are priced higher (exchange rate into account) than here in the US. Plus you have impact costs of shipping, customs, channging the gauges, etc if importing if bought here in US.
