On Saturday, I curbed my left rear 5-spoke on my 03 coming out of a PA Turnpike tollbooth. It was such bang, I though I had lost the wheel and tire. I got VERY lucky, but there is now a big gouge in the rim. Upon the recommendation of Mopar Steve, I emailed Viper Parts (yesterday, a Sunday) and Jerry got back to me on Sunday, and noted that he would look into this on Monday.

Today, he was able to find me a wheel (they are on back order with Chrysler) which needs some minor re-finishing, and will have it to me in a couple weeks. Now THAT is service. So, I big shout out to VPA and Jerry. You have a very pleased customer here sir.

I suggest you check your suspension to be sure the hit did no damage.

Thanks, drove the car 10 miles home after that at some high speeds, and she drove just fine. Not even a mark on the tire. Just a nice gouge out of that soft aluminum rim.

Want to bump this up. My new wheel came, and is installed. It looks fantastic. Kudos again to Jerry and his crew at VPA.
