Viper pre-purchase inspection in San Diego?

Back on the hunt, found one local to me that's getting serious.

I'd like to find out good place to get it inspected.


Also, for those of you in CA. The car's got headers that are not CARB approved. How fussy are the smog stations? Are they even astute enough to notice? Can I just get a cert for a similar header and use it instead?

If the cats are not visible, they won't even know, unless your emissions fail. Good place to have it inspoected is in Escondido, Jack Powell Dodge. I hear John Hine is also good, but I normally deal with Jack Powell.
