I just found out that I qualified to win $500 because I have a complete VipAir airbox. I know there has been a lot of controversy about this product lately but I have a few things to say. First, I installed my airbox about 4 months ago and I love it and it truely completes the look of my engine bay. Second, I took it to the track(SLC, UT)and picked up between 1.5-2 MPH in the quarter mile. THis was not on exactly the same day but it was similar conditions. Finally, I installed my new water methanol injection system and this box worked perfectly for that application.
Would I recommend this air box to someone? For sure. Is it worth the money? You bet. Not only do I think it works but it looks great. Is there anything bad about this airbox? Yea one thing, it is too heavy but I think they have a fix for it now.
