Will a 1992-2002 spare wheel fit a 2009 srt-10, without any clearance problems.

no on its own it wont clear the calipers, youll need a spacer for it to work

I got a Spare Tire adapter from ipsco.org which will allows the uses of the spare tire with large brakes.

A spacer alone will not work unless you add longer wheel studs.
