Why am I having such difficulty locating this number? 
It doesn't come up with a forum search, the VCA page where this might reside is down, I've tried several online wheel stores and I'm getting nothing. My local Discount store just balanced all four and said everyone of them has some run-out, which I don't doubt as my father, the previous owner, was known to have tested the Pauli Exclusion Principle by trying to make the Viper wheels occupy the same space and time as curbs. I've seen some nice aftermarket wheels during my short tenure here and I'm stymied until I can find offset values.
"17 inch wheel offset" got me lots of hits but "offset" wasn't in context to wheels.
