I ordered a Rear Cargo Cover from them in early December. They responded to all my emails until I actually placed the order. Now they won't respond to anything. I had a friend send an email asking about a product which they promptly responded to, yet they will not respond to me. I do a search on the forum and this seems to be standard operating procedure for Viperware.
