Was there ever a 1:18 red rt/10 w/5 spoke wheels?

Since I bought my Viper nearly a year ago, I've been searching for a red w/yellow wheels 1:18 Bburago model. The only ones I have found arent for sale I decided a couple days ago, I'd throw in the towel and just paint the wheels on a regular red Gen 2 RT/10. Well, now I cant even find any of them! I looked on Ebay and all I see are the Gen 1 RT/10s with the 3 spoke wheels. Someone help a brutha out...pleaseeee!

Checked on the red with five spoke RT10 and didn't have one but they did make a 1/24. The one your looking for they did make (96 red yellow) your exact car but It was a Toys R Us of France exclusive I think.

Yea Red RT's never had 5 spoke wheels. What you can do is buy a Black with Silver stripes car and a Red one and then just switch the wheels. The 5 spoke wheel cars were very rare.

Chad if I'm correct the 1/18th scale RT/10 models are Bburago. Like Keith mentioned RT/10's with 5 spokes are rare, if you want to get the 5 spoke rims it's easier to have to buy a Bburago GTS and strip the thing. The chassis pieces should be the same. Look for Krylon yellow plastic spray paint. It's great stuff and their yellow is practicaly exact to your rims.

Darn, I totally forgot about the GTS's. That is probably your best bet. Just pull the wheels off but be careful, if you pull too hard you can break the 4 small (and I mean small) holding pieces.

You have to buy 2 model and mix the part. The 5 spoke wheels are only in a last rt/10 produced, like a yellow car with red stripes, green car....

On eBay there ara a lot of auction to sell only the 1:18 bburago whells, look for this!

The quick answer is yes, there was a red RT/10 1:18 with yellow 5 spoke wheels. I just went up and looked at my collection and lo and behold the 3 1996 RT/10 all have 5 spoke wheels.

You have the rare models, even the Black striped RT with black interior. Not too bad!! It took me years to get those and finally got them a few years back.
