Sorry I didn't know this was old info? Never saw the original post, I just got the email from a friend in Canada and thought it was new. Even my wife said she saw it a while back.

The only thing you did wrong was post in the wrong section. This has nothing to do specifically with Gen1/2 Vipers. It should have been posted in the General Viper Discussion or Tire/Wheel/Brake&Suspension Section

I think I'll go out and do some donuts in the snow and look at tire dating next year.

Appreciate seeing this thread the first time. I was a long time Rennlister who like other forum people get cranky easy if they have been around a long time on a board. Kind of like an entitlement to cry foul with reposts ...etc
As a newbie I have read hundreds of posts and trying to read everything but did not see this type of thread (eventually I may have stumbled across it)
Went out and checked an F150 I have had for 3 years and the tires are 11 years old!
