Who has a Black Gen 3-4 coupe with Graphite stripes?

Was headed out of town on Hwy 101 this afternoon.

I saw the same car a few months ago in Bremerton. It is pretty distinctive as the stripes are graphite instead of silver. I saw the hood and it was a Gen IV. Nobody knew who it was when I posted about it. I will have to keep my eyes open for it now.
