What company makes these?

I called CCW, but they said they did not make them. I should have noticed the bolts that makes them 3 piece. Any clues?

I tried looking at HRE, but not calling them. I was hoping someone would just know right of the top of their head, but I will continue the search! Thanks for the tips guys... if anyone else has a clue please let me know. Thanks!

I take back my suggestion. The SSR's don't have bolts (three piece). I think that Viper Baz got it rite.
