What is the difference between the Porter Cable 7424 & the 7336?

I have done a search & these are the 2 everyone is using.What is the difference? I read Lowes has the 7336, but it doesn't matter where I get it since I am going to order pads & 3M stuff from top of the line as directed in Snake Bittens waxing proceedure.
Where is the current Best deal on Porter Cable?

Just got my 7336 from Lowes...$99. Basically the same units, but think 7336 has higher speed and comes with the 6" plate vs a 5 1/2" on the 7424.

They're both essentially the same. Same body, same motor(3.7 amps), same variable speed (2500-6000 opm). The difference is the 7336 is marketed as a sander and comes with a counter weight for a 5" pad. The 7424 is marketed as a polisher and comes with a counter weight for a 6" pad.

I purchased mine (7424) through Coastal. They sell a kit which included both the 5" and 6" counterweights. I think it was around $120....
