What should the Viper idle at?

It's a 2000 RT/10, seems to be around 500rpm or so? Is that spec? How does that compare to others with 2000/2001's?

Also, does anyone ever use 6th gear in real world scenarios? When? It doesn't get used by me...seems too low.

Normal idle should be around 700 RPM. The first mark after zero is 500 RPM. The next small mark(before 1000 RPM) is 750 RPM. Many people mistake the small mark as 500.
