I recently purchased a used set of chrome 18" wheels from a Woodhouse Dodge in Nebraska for my 97 GTS. They mounted and balanced a new set of Michelins.
The wheels look good however there is a vibration at about 70mph to 95mph. I have had three different shops try to solve the problem. Michelin replaced one of the front tires at no charge. The vibration is still there. When I run the car at track events on my 17 inch Hoosers it's smooth as glass so I know it's in the wheels or tires.
Does any one know of a race shop or tire genius that could help me find the problem?
