What's the best way to keep these wheels clean. I have used some meguires products which are OK but am worried about what kind of finish the SRT10 stcok wheels have (04) Can someone explain what they are exactly and who has had success in keeping them new and shiny?
Thanks

They are polished aluminum with a clear coat over them, they are rarely polished very well between the spokes, and you can treat them just like you would any other painted surface on the car. Just remember that brake dust is very abrasive and will scratch them if you try to wipe them down dry...

Soapy water works great. Best to clean them with a seperate cloth than you will use for the rest of your car.

If you take the time to wax or polish them when they are clean they will be easier to clean the next time.

Griots has a wheel cleaner that works very well on polished, clear coated aluminum wheels. This is what I use.
