I traded this guy wheels. He had an 08 and mine is a 06. I was driving today and low tire alarm came on. I check and all pressures are fine. Do they need to be programed?

Ummmmm - YA, they do. They're not auto-learn. Some dealers have had major issues with that as well and can't get them working right some of the time. You will need to see the dealer for that.

Agree...or, find a friend with a DRB III...not hard to do, but sometimes takes a couple of tries. I use a BIG magnet-on-a-stick...makes it easy/fast/seems to work better on first attempt.

I dont want to sound like Helbig, but go to your dealer and they have a device that plugs into the obd connector and will re set the system in minutes. After you drive away the system clears itself and works fine. I had this done with my 09.

Yep, needs to be programmed with the DRB and the "doughnut" magnet tool. They can also be directly programmed if you happen to have the sensor codes from the sensors.
