When using a wheel spacer, what effect if any does widening the track have on the actual spring rate of the car. I'm guessing since you're moving the leverage out further, it will compress the spring easier. Does anybody have a math formula to answer this? Will adding 1/2" width per side even be measurable on the spring compression?? Just thought of this reading the other wheel spacer thread.

Cheers,
George

I have wheel spacers on my 08 Coupe. I don't notice anything. I didn't measure before or after, but I would assume the difference would be so minimal it wouldn't be worth the bother. IDK.
