Which engines had what internals and what is max safe hp?

I know some engines had forged pistons, some didn't. Which years had the best internals?

What would be the max safe hp for a stock shortblock in say a '94 RT/10 or a '98 GTS?

They both have forged internals. The cast piston engines started in 2000. It's your best guess where the limit is for the shortblock, but I would guess somewhere around 800HP
