thats skeeters car and think Jesse James (west cost choppers) made em for him.

Jessie James did not do anything to that Viper other than show it on TV as his own. From what I was told Scott at Elite did alot of work on that car. He may be able to tell where the valve covers were built. I am just quoting what I've heard.

I am not sure if Jessie James made the valve covers but the bullet casings on the oil fill are one of his trademarks.

The Jessie James Viper was actaully a junkyard wreck red viper, i forget what year. The engine was stock with only visual mods but was touted as being 600HP!!! Scott at Elite worked on the car earlier this year for the latest owner, he did not create the car, but the car is probably a better car for being at Scott's shop for a while.

Those are Jesse James valve covers. You can't see it but the lettering engraved on the tops say Jesse James.
