Why didn\'t I race my truck at the V10 nats ?

For one time in my life I was smart. Unfortunatly, it only made it a few hours north before it started knocking. We finally got home at 5am. I am Leaving in an hour with Mikes rollback and a dually on it to go rescue my truck and trailer. Round trip will be about 16 hours. On the bright side, I am through with this truck and will be upgrading. I hope everybody made it home safe.

Yeah, I spoke with Rich a few hours after you called me, and he mentioned you guys had some sort of problem (alternator?), that *****! Glad you're back fine though.

P.S. It rules to have a 9.85 car you can unload and drive the other 450 miles home a 80 mph and 20 mpg. These cars are great !!

I ran my dually without letting it warm up and I was really disappointed (1 full second off my last time at the track). I wanted to make another run after I got it nice and warm, but we ran out of time. What is it with these track owners (SA and Bradenton) rushing through all the events?

What's your best truck time Gary ? How did it compare with the best times of 13.50's ? Duramax ?

Definitely go with the H.O. diesel with 6 speed on your new truck! (Then don't mod it.)

i wouldve raced my H2 but i only had half a tank of fuel and i was afraid i wouldnt make it the full 1/4 mile, LOL

i never stopped so damnn much in my life for gas; for the total trip (1200 miles each way) I averaged 6.4MPG!!!

You can't have that little truck I ordered. Dodge is coming out with a monster motor that runs on jet fuel, or is diesel. Hay, I know a great dealer close to you.
