Why so much difference in blue book prices?

I'm looking to buy a used 96-97 viper and I have noticed that the blue book pricing between Kelley, NADA, and Edmunds varies a lot. Kelley is the highest (way higher than most people are selling them for) and NADA is the lowest (would like to find one at their prices). Also why do some sellers ask more than what I can get a new one for? Thanks (and I'm still looking!)

The key word is "ASK". Sellers can ask for million. Doesn't mean they'll get it, and especially not from a educated consumer like yourself. I'll email you a list of sites that have several vipers for sale. However, with that said the best site for used vipers is right here on our classifieds.
