Will 2002 Wheels fit on 2005?

You are going backwards. would not fit because of bigger calipers on gen 3

Its not the caliper that the wheels might not clear, but the parking brake in the rear wheel. It depends on the wheels (OEM v aftermarket). If it just rubs, you can grind off a little material on the brake bracket or get the relocator kit.
