Here's the deal:
Appx 1.5 years ago you could call Chrysler Customer Assistance at 1-800-992-1997, give them your vin # and they would then send to you a 3 page DETAILED report listing everything about your particular car. Such as:
1. What dealership your car was shipped
2. What dealership it was sold to
3. Code #
4. Description of Codes
I have provided this to this board previously and others reported they aren't doing this anymore. It's worth a try. This detailed report lists stuff that is not on the sticker. Here's some of the stuff:
Code:TAAC ALL Tires (huh?)
TBCS Spare Tire
YGAA Without Billable Fuel
Yep Manuf Statement of Origin
1AAS U.S. Dealer Retail
142S Zone 42-Detroit
YAAS Build to U S Market Specifications

Etc. Etc. There are 3 pages of 66 codes with Descriptions along with the Ship to: Quality Dodge in Union City, Ga and Sold to: Elhart Dodge in Holland, MI as in my case. Not sure if they sent this to me by mistake, or if they stopped doing this or if they are still doing this.
You could then take this info to Gary (my correspondence below) and he would make up a window sticker that would take an expert to tell from the original with the info above. Small Problem: Gary is MIA. Not sure if he quit voluntarily or was forced to quit by one of the manufacturers but he will not answer emails and currently is not providing this service which is a real shame. Gary, I am attaching info that I received directly thru Dodge for my car.
I'm assuming the "Ship to" info on the jpgs is where Dodge first delivered
the car. My vin # is on the jpgs but if you can't read it, here it is:

I'm attaching a photo of the car and as you can see it is blue with white
stripes with black interior. By examing the info sent you should have
everything you need. If you don't receive 5 attachments, let me know and
