How to get the shnazzy tagline under your name?

So, how would one go about putting the snazzy tagline under your web name? The one I am reffering to is the one that says "Proud member of CT/NY VCA" or "Texas is best" (or something like that if you are Dave)?

I tried under my control panel, but I could not find it. Is that a moderator thing, or am I really stunned and missed it?

Mine says VCA member.

Robert, we used to be able to put what we wanted in there...but I think the moderator does it now? NOT sure...why don't you pm the moderators, see what they say? ~jules

VCA Member (w/ region if requested)
Regional President or ZD
National Officer
Sponsor

and maybe a few others.
