Highest mileage Viper
Just past 230,000 miles on 1996 RT/10 ... As far as the exterior paint question. The rear bumper seems to crack a bit and has been touched up a few times. Main body seems to still be holding up. http://gallery.viperclub.org/showphoto.php?photo=26483&nocache=1- 96-RT10 Supercharged

Are TT Vipers time-bombs?
I've put just about 50k I think on my Paxton, running low boost 10-11psi. Lots of track work and daily driving. As it's been said up top. It's all about how you treat it. I have 200k on mine and it's gone through a ton of phases, as someone put it mostly self inflicted. The big issue as everyone mentioned is how it was treated by the previous owner. How many miles did you put on your Viper this year?
I believe around 25-30,000 this year. But I suspect next couple years will be less, mainly because I relocated and the primary milage was coming from my almost daily drives to LA for work- 96-RT10 Supercharged

While I love Jon and buy from him and DC Performance all my parts I have to say look at the Trunk Tops. Mach 7 Motor Sports I absolutely love having a great looking hard top w/scoop that I can put in the trunk at a minutes notice.- 96-RT10 Supercharged
