That's pretty disappointing to see. For a guy not hurting for money, these are quite significant cars and are symbols of his best contribution to the auto industry and his legacy.
The process to do it with painted stripes is sooooo time consuming its not even funny. Taking the time to mask the cars off takes a good 1-2 hours each.

Unless you go with a proper suspension setup (coilovers or lowering springs with correct shocks) your handling will suffer as well as ride quality. I would advise you not to just slap on a set of springs and call it a day.

I use the paging alarm on my car and it works great. For something high end like a Viper I would suggest getting their system which has GPS tracking of the vehicle.
Depends on what your definition of "best" is.
While supercars demonstrate the epitome of brilliant engineering, styling and performance, in regards to the automotive industry as a whole, they are of little significance to your average person.... someone who treats a car solely as an appliance...
