Can't keep serpentine belt on engine
Going through the same thing on my 97 GTS...just changed the tensioner hoping that is the problem. I will follow up. Steve- sweet gts

:dunno:Alright...it is 430am just completed battery swap and she still won't turn over! History....I was replacing the sepitine belt and she has not run since. Old battery was 4 years old so I figured she was junk. I just charged and replaced the battery and still not enough juice to get the car...- sweet gts

Why is Chuck Tator so great you ask.
Yes Chuck does rock..... I could use him now, started to change the belt tensioner yesterday....it sure looks eassier than it is to do. Who has removed the stock cats and mufflers with only the resonators?
97 GTS...Roe High flow cats and nothing else to speak of. 3" out the back...I like loud but this is very loud, would not let me run at Limerock! Steve It does sound evil however:drive:- sweet gts

97 GTS keeps throwing serp. belt ???
I have thrown the serpetine belt twice now. The 1st time I thought it was a fluke but it came off again. Any thoughts....has it stretched and needs replacement? Also running a Roe. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks Steve PS This really $&#@*! to fix on the side of the road in 90 degree...- sweet gts

Front Facia Push Retainer part# needed
Bring 1 to a local body shop and they will problem give them to you. Then has a whole selection of shapes and sizes, quite common for them. This is what I did for the same clips on my Gen II.- sweet gts
