Why do people always have to beat up the insurance company.... they're just out to make a profit....who here owns a business with a model to lose money?
On the claim when Nannies are off...... your collision claim would not be impacted by turning off the nannies.....unless your policy has...
The GT500 Convertible was a great car.... I was probably around 550 - 575 rwhp...... It was my every day car for 45,000 miles... It's easy to get big HP gains on the Shelby...... I traded it on my 06 Viper to drive everyday........
Does one need to install a new "tune" on the computer when replacing the stock air intake with a K&N unit? On my Shelby they recommended against installing any Cold Air Intake system without modifying the "tune" on the computer......
Thanks in advance,
Lance
I'll probably make fun of the new body style for a few years...then start to comment about "I'm coming around" to the styling and then in 7 years when the price drops on the Gen V to where I can afford one.... I'll buy one. That's what I did with the 2006 Gen III that I just picked up in March...
If anyone has a Gen IV exhaust around that they don't want.... I am looking for the exhaust tips...... I'll take the mufflers too, but really just after the piping and tip after the muffler....
Thanks in advance,
Lance
What is phenomenal about the Corvette? Some models have great technology and handling, but unless you are getting the top model..... you get a small block chevy engine, in a car they make 25K of every year?
I put about 12K per year on my Gen 1 when I drove it every day for my dd....I didn't daily drive it for a few years and recently sold it with 56K miles on the odo........ the Gen 3, on track for 12K miles annually as a dd as well.......
Plus I noticed you are selling it for $36K with all the mods!?!?!? I would think all the mods you mention are more than $500 for pre-owned items.....and the sales tax savings is substantial....... You need to raise your asking price to at least $39.5K to match what you are getting for trade-in!!
Do it right....get a vacuum compressor....vacuum it down and hold the vacuum for about an hour...then recharge with new R134..... you'll love the results. If you don't have the equipment.... take it to the dealership.....
