    Re: how much/how to ship 18 UPS reccomends cardboard circles only. I have shipped and received several sets. For extra protection, I put in triple cardboard. Everything was fine, just insure them.

    I just purchased the RT cats and RT Catback from Jon B. The RT Catback has the rolled edge edge tips and a crossover. I will let you know when I get it installed. I would definitely take a look at the system if you like the sound of Borla with less drone but like the Corsa tips.

    I knocked a chip out in a very similar spot. The door stop was out of adjustment and it hit the rivet. I would advise you to check it to make sure this isn't the cause.

    Help! I Can\'t get the rear 02 sensors out I am getting ready to do a Catback install (1997 GTS 15K miles), but I can't get the rear O2 sensors out. I have tried penetrating fluid to no avail. Perhaps I should just buy new rear O2 sensors. Any advice?

    Cat Installation?

    I'm looking to install HF cats and a catback. I know the stock cats need to be cut off. Can the new cats be clamped to the header or do they need to be welded back? Any pointers to reduce the chance of leaks?

    Chrome is the way to go. The dental floss trick is the ticket. Just leave your car in the sun or use a hair dryer to heat them up and and floss between the sticker and body.

    OK, I bounght the Zaino products. I probably should have purchased the Flash Cure, but I didn't. The instructions say to apply the Z1, allow to haze and then follow (without removing Z1)with Z5 or Z2. Now my question....Do I need to apply Z1 before each subsequent coat of Z2 or Z5, or just...
