im with Plum on this one. After a while your current power gets a little old...or atleast the delivery does. Ex. supercharged vs twins. Im currently supercharged but wouldnt mind going twins if I felt my rear end would hold up. Not to mention I have no desire to drop more money into my...
YOu picking up another toy?
I agree with not letting anyone test drive it without the full amount or have them meet you in an open empty parking lot. Besides if he can put up 2k for a test drive then he should have no problem with cutting a check for the entire amount and providing that when...
I've had both and my 01 stopped in a shorter distance then my 00 with upgraded rear brakes. Not to mention my 00 flat spotted my tires with I had to panic stop going about 80mph.
Under normal driving and braking there was no difference.
Took alternator to shop for rebuild. He checked the alternator while i was present and it read 13.5-14.2 and put out 140 amps. I still had him go through it and he did some maintenance stuff. Says its the regulator. Gonna have AEM replace that. Another week of down time.
Just took my alternator off for a rebuild and the guy mention that there was no regulator inside. I mention it was handled by the cars PCM. Well he gies on and tells me how over time the regulators have issues and blah blah and to have the charging system separated to stand on his own. He's...

thanks SNKEBIT.

In trying to remove the alternator, I ve ran into the problem of removing the lower bolts. There seems to be a metal tube which the lower bolt goes into to make the fit tight. Ive removed the bolt but cant for the life of me get the metal tube out. It wont spin...
For one, as Ive stated before; we need to stop selling the Vipers for dirt cheap. I mean Gen 4s going for hight 50s, low 60s....crazy. Im currently on my third viper (not by choice, first two wrecked by others) and couldnt see parting with it. Ive worked hard to afford it and mod the baby...
