Discontinued is probably why I got a good deal on it. Still a new unit that functions well though.
I didn't care much about BT for the Viper, wouldn't be able to hear sh!t with the top down anyway. Guess it would be more of a concern to you coupe guys.
I would've went double din, but...
That's pretty pricey for a chinese knockoff.
I just ordered up everything for my stereo upgrade.
Kenwood KIV-701
Polk DB651s 6.5" door speakers(only direct swap speakers out there from what I read)
Metra dash kit
Metra Harness kit
Ipod cable
All in it was 360$
Then I also...
Of course you would have to tell me that. lol Implusive disorder is in overdrive now. Wonder if they would take an 06 on trade and give it to me for MSRP?
Nice find. Did you get the color you wanted? And what color did you get??
I seen a white one on Motoring today, and I am having a really hard time fighting my natural tendency to jump in head first, and not list my 2006 and start looking for a white 2013.
Few complaints?? Didn't seem that way when I was doing my research prior to buying. But I am going to try taking a seat in someone elses car and see how they're seats feel. Maybe you're right and my seats are just too beat up?? That sure would be a relief as I would know exactly what to do to...
I can't imagine what a persons posture would look like who naturally fit the curvature of that seat? I got out feeling like the Hunchback with my torso all hunched over due to my back rounding out into the seat.
Am I the only one with a lumbar curve in my spine?? I picked up my Viper in Vegas and drove it north to Edmonton, Alberta. I was bloody near crippled by the time I hit Montana. The seats are like a reverse lumbar scoop in them, it's messed up. 10$ square throw pillow from Wal-Mart to put...
Aftermarket is going to be your best bet. I'm pretty sure the stereo in these is 1.5 din, But you can modify the dash kit for double din. There are companies that make 1.5din NAV units though.
The Hi flos I bought came off of a 2005. Not sure what the deal is with the things?? Oh well, it's getting taken care of now. For what I paid for everything I am not going to get too worked up about the cats being useless. The SCT and CAI both work great, and the price I paid for everything...
I bought the tuner off a member here Darbnik. I got the cats from him as well. And now none of this stuff matters. Cats are too long for some reason, and the actual cat part of the pipe is in the sill for some reason? So you can't even cut the pipe to fit with my Corsa because you would have...
I had a quick question and figured I would just revive this thread instead of making a new one.
My Roe HFC's and Corsa are getting installed today. Has anybody had any issues with check engine lights after doing an install like this?? Last thing I want is to have to go back in and install...
What do you mean by something else?? There are an awful lot of parts in the rear half of the car, and the sound is coming from the rear. It has to be something back there.
I was going to say the gym, but I imagine that's too foriegn of a place for most people here.
Either way, if you're leaving town, you need to bring stuff. No 2 ways about it really. I know I would be pretty annoyed if I was OP and brought my suitcase to pick up my car, only to find out I...
Definitely use the bags. That way you don't waste any space, since the bag can be compressed if it isn't tits full. So then you just pile whatever is left on top of the bags. And a bag will fit more than a carry on suitcase anyway.
My advice is buy yourself a JB4, a BMS dual cone intake, front mount intercooler, and some downpipes. Now you have an extra 120hp or so. Throw on some sway bars if you still have an issue with the supposed chasis flex. The 3-series is one of the best all around cars ever built, and you even...
My rubber strip is already ripped from this issue. I need to find out where to get a replacement and then I will install it correctly. Maybe I will try to repair it with some silicone for now.
I have a set of Corsas and high flow cats to go on my Gen3. I really don't have the patience to lay on my back in the garage and do it, and don't want to waste my little free time working in the garage when I could be out driving. Is there any decent shops someone can recommend in the...
He just said it rides good I thought I saw. Which means different things to different people. I don't want my ride any stiffer, I want it to be less harsh. Pretty sure I'm going to go with these anyway as I'm sure they're at least better than stock and they're affordable.
