    Idle Hang Revisited

    Today the humidity was about 100%. This was my test. I wanted to know if it was temperature or humidity causing my idle issue. It is humididty. I have not had any problems for over a month. It idled at 1500 tonight. Still no real fix. Jerry

    It's an Admin problem. It happened with the software upgrade. I don't think they will let us post the Avatar. We might see Avatars that some would feel is "offensive". I have some nice naked chicks on my Viper I would use :)

    Low fuel light?

    MoparMan is correct. Even the Chysler Minivans have this problem. The fuel cools and lubricates the pump. When you run out of gas, they can seize up.

    When I bought Headers, I tossed the aftermarket cardboard gaskets. The Factory OEM ones are metal. Are your Factory gaskets not metal?

    Bruce...Hmm I was actually thinking about Mobile 1 ATF. Some of the members felt ATF was safer on the gears but Gear Lube does quiet the tranny to help the NGR. What Fluid shifts easier? I have used both and I am not 100% sure. What do the track racers use...

    Questions About The High Flow Cats

    Yes HF Cats do smell under Full Throttle. They have that "Kids Cap Gun" smell. No Cats... We'll they flat out stink. With the right setup, it is cool, flames out the back. Might melt your plastic car :)

    Question for the Gear Heads. Prior to 2000 we had NGR noise. To solve this problem Viper went to 75w-85 Synthetic Gear Lube. Pre 2000 Vipers, are you running Gear Lube or Dexron III?

    question about stripes.........

    You can see they were stripped off of the car. Some have a huge offset. But they are pre-painted parts that they put together like a kit. By leaving the stipes off in the following years, the alignment was no concern.
