    Viper Tech question need help

    98, where are you located? It is time consuming to do a timing cover. Not rocket science, but labor intensive. I would first confirm that your timing cover is leaking. On the front of each valve cover, a plastic pipe connects between the two. Verify that did not pop off.

    Looking for a stock/close to stock 99 GTS

    You are looking for the correct year in my opinion. The random surveys that we do always end up with 1998 and 1999 as being the most desirable year to own. A good car won't be cheap. I turned down a VERY strong offer for my car last summer.
