It took you two years to get THREE fingers? Oh man, I get three a week! You have to drive a BMW in San Diego. :)
Oh, and people hate getting passed. Too bad for them.
I have the 355mm 4 piston up-front and (I believe) the 328mm 4 piston in the rear. It's the Stoptech complete 4-wheel big brake setup. I run 19" CCW 505A wheels on the street with no problems. It may be worthwhile to find out from Stoptech if your particular wheels will have any clearance...
Wow -- look at this tread take off!!!
In answer to your 4/6 piston front caliper question; a fellow member answered it succinctly. The 6 piston will have the advantage of pad surface. This, if racing tight courses with high track temperatures, would probably amount to a difference you would...
If braking is THE MOST IMPORTANT system on your car (as I also believe), go with the Stoptech big brake system and realize you have nothing to gain by increasing the fronts to 6-piston units. You will love them!

Hi Guys,
I figured since the "Vendor Review" section is now locked for regular users, I would post this here in the hopes that it gets moderator-relocated to the proper section. Here goes!
Recently, I brought my 96 RT/10 in for some routine work for a 13 year-old car; Todd and Mike...
Also, I have spliced O2 sensor wiring on my car with no ill effects. Is the key to be mindful of the heat transferred to the sensor body?
Here's a writeup from Bosch regarding proper procedure for performing the splice; they state a minimum distance of 5" from the sensor body for any splice...
I know there were issues with the BBK units; there were not enough cavities built into the aluminum housing to allow for expansion and the throttle plates were getting stuck partly open when the cars came to temperature. You may be able to observe the phenomena if it happens to you; get it to...
I don't think this is *exactly* true. Because the Dyno Dynamics unit uses a rolling load, this is adjusted based on your vehicle's output to most accurately mimic road conditions. Let's just say a 400HP vehicle, say, would accelerate from 45 to 140 in 4th gear in 15 seconds. A 700HP car would...
Those dynos are excellent for all of the reasons Phoenix pointed out. A&C Performance has one. In the hands of a competent tuner, there is no better choice for a dyno.
Dan's a terrific guy and will help you get whatever you need to put that motor in good working order if you want to do the work yourself. If you need a reputable and reliable shop in Ca to do the tear-down and not take you to the cleaners, trust none other than A&C Performance. They have the...
Love it. The B&B, when coupled with long-tube headers really screams at high RPMs. A buddy of mine bought that same setup for his car when he heard mine. Get high-flow cats at the same time. Volume is not too bad in my opinion, but I'm used to race cars so...
Aw, poor Frank. You have a Gen 1? They are notorious for oil slosh (especially the 1996 RT/10 motor). What happens under hard, prolonged braking or turning is the oil flows away from the pickup resulting in a loss of oil pressure. By the time the gauge reads 0, your oil pressure has been...
Have you guys seen this (taken from Shell Rotella T meets CJ-4 specs - eTrucker) :
--------
Shell Lubricants announced June 21 that a re-formulated Rotella T motor oil will meets all of the specification criteria for the new API CJ-4 service category for diesel motor oil.
The company will...
Sniper. Give us a rest please.
DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and tell us what you find. We'd be interested to hear that, not your endless circular questioning.
Thanks.
I have been told by all of the tuners and Viper techs that it is lean decel. It can be 'tuned' out (with a VEC or other tuner) by adding fuel when you release the pedal at RPM. I had major pop with my car before adding a VEC2 with tune and it's considerably better now.
Enjoy them or have them...
Well, in every group there is always ONE, isn't there.
I was at the shop when the turbo fitment was being evaluated. If the rest of the TT setup was given equal attention by the builder, you car issues would have persisted in the same manner that they did, only under other circumstances...
Although the rear toe bracket DOES help, you need to first take your car in and have a Viper specialist perform an alignment. That is most likely your issue. Enjoy the car.
BTW: The EBC yellows are a little easier to live with for street use.

Hi Bill -- Your best bet would be to get the service manual that cooresponds to the PCM you have for the engine. Otherwise, if you are looking at using an aftermarket controller, you will likely need to solicit the help of a tuner that has experience with standalone controllers a-la MoTec...
