That is definitely the older Borla cat back system. I have the same system, except I cut out the inner pipe. I also have the stock cats that have been opened to 3 inches, with B&B headers. The whole side sill part is coated with JetHot 2000 and does keep the sills relatively cool. I may be...
I used Jet Hot coating on the Borla exhaust where it goes through the side-sill. This has worked very well, even on the stock cats, which were opened to 3 inches. I have not had a heat problem for 15,000 miles.

The obvious answer to me is that the Paxton pulley is out of alignment with the rest of the pulleys. The belt is jumping to where it wants to run due to the position of the pulley. You need to adjust the blower or the pulley on the blower to align with the other pulleys.

I used to design engine mounts for GM many years ago. We tested all the other aftermarket brands for tensile failure, life cycle durability, and dynamic rubber compound characteristics. None of the competitor mount would pass our tests for these specifications. The others were of poor quality...
I have B&B headers, stock cats opened to 3 in. pipe, and Borla Catbacks. This has a great sound and is not very loud. Several have told me it is the best they have heard.

I have a red Optima in my 97 that I got from the factory here in Denver back in 1998. I keep it on a Deltran Battery Tender when not driving the car. It is still working just fine.

If you like that color, I would do the powder coat instead of paint. I have this on a set of Audi wheels and the brake dust blows off easily with a power washer.

I have a Northern Tool (northerntool.com) set of 12 ton jackstands, that will put the car up 26 inches. You can almost sit up while under the car. I think they were about $110 for the set of 4.

In my opinion, the 5-point system is the best, with the through the seat crotch belt. I have a writeup if interested. This system will hold you much better than a 6 point and will prevent sliding under the belt in an impact.

Has anyone bought a clutch from buyclutch.com? Were you satisfied with the product? Was it an OE Luk clutch? Are these guys a legitimate company?

These are the first stainless headers that B&B made, which were a copy of the Belengers. They are stainless.
Here they are before applying the coating.
