Once we reach our goals we'll have more complete information gathered to better discuss our knowledge of the parameters around using e85 for high performance.
We're testing e85 with N/A and Turbo street Vipers along with the TTX in the vid and our Shop TTRS Race Viper. We have more planned...
The new 08 Viper engine has evolved into a more sophisticated piece then the previous V10 platforms. The 08 engine has variable valve timing, drive by wire throttle and coil on plug ignition. There's alot of talk about the complexity of the new engine ECU and its controls. I know that Motec for...
Looking to offer Viper owners a good deal on a TT system for a Gen II forged 96-99 with low miles. Preferably a non modded Viper would be best. We will work with anyone interested.
SVS side mount TT system - installed
1000hp fuel system - installed
AEM w/ boost controller - installed and tuned...
We're also going to be offering an air/water intercooler option for our GenII Tuner/DIY TT system.
This option will include:
Air/water intercooler
Heat Exchanger
Resevoir in trunk w/ drain valve
Hi-flow water pump
All lines and fittings
The graph is from our side mount TT system on an SRT /...
We're working and designing our side mount TT system around a Gen I.
Very soon our Tuner/DIY TT system will be available for all Viper years 1993-2002.
Presently the SVS TT system is available for all Gen II Vipers years 1996-2002
We've added parts to the system and the current price is now...
Right now everything is designed around a rear exhaust Gen2. We've looked at the underside of a Gen3 and have discussed how 2 turbos could be clocked in a way that worked with the side exhaust.
It can be accomplished but it's an entirely new project for us to start. At this point it would take...
Yes we will. We have some organizing and figuring to do on the system and then we'll be looking for a Gen II.
Thanks for the offer and in the near future we'll see how we can make it happen
At present we're working on pricing everything in the system.
Before we can send these out I will need to install/tune a system in house on a more stock Gen2 so we can confirm fitment and power numbers.
Here's the range we made with the fuel system limits from this system. All the runs are on...
We recently made some changes to the rear mount turbo system that we have been testing on a Gen2 Viper.
We changed the compressor outlet piping from 2.5" to 3" and then made it Y into (2) 2.5" pipes to the bottom of the intercooler. From the top of the intercooler we added (2) 2.5" pipes w/ 2...
DLS,
Our TT system is actually considered a side mount application. The downpipes and wastegates are located in the footwell area. The turbos are located on the side of the engine and plumbed in a fashion that could be considered similar to that of an OEM type design. The turbos are positioned...
If you added 60lb injectors and rails then it looks like you have everything already in place to add our TT system, retune, and make 875-900+rwhp on 93 or close to 1000rwhp on race gas
You should be able to sell the Roe and recoupe some $
You could also sell the methanol injection...
If your engine is in good shape, leak down/compression, I would say 700-750rwhp is a safe and reliable level to run on your engine and should be around 8psi. You would need to add a fuel upgrade and at least a Vec 2.
adding rockers and better push rods is always good insurance
With race gas...
The SVS T3 TT Tuner/DIY system history,
99% of Viper owners will scare themselves with 900rwhp whether it's a T3 or T4
I know that for the street most Viper owners want a reliable, quality system, at a good price with great performance and back it up with experience and support...
It's a little harder starting when it's cold, but nothing that you would consider annoying. They have a winter blend that's 70/30 for colder climates.
For the higher performance engine that can run on e85 I would say to run more 93 when its cold if you don't like that it's harder to start. This...
Our basis for doing this and other testing is to show that e85 is the most cost effective, highest power delivered, at the pump fuel, for higher performance vehicles. It’s not a basis to show that it’s better for normal everyday vehicles. Our testing has shown that e85 performance gains are only...
SVS TT 93/E85
14 E85 stations within a 20 mile radius of our shop. The engine runs alot cooler
There's a high percentage of E85 stations in Illinois that sell it for less than $2 gal :usa:
How much is 100, 104 at the pump? Is 100, 104 still widely available in Illinois?
I have 20 SVS shifters on my desk ready to ship :)
These are the last shifters that are part of the group buy pricing.
After these 20 shifters are gone, the price for purchasing 1 will raise back to $325 plus S/H.
If there's interest in another group buy after these 20 are gone I will...
