    Octane will not affect A/F ratio. Nor will installing T&D rockers. More airflow will be compensated for by the PCM. Remember, the tip of the plug is deceiving. You really need a wideband A/F meter to tell how lean/rich the mixture is.

    Why no official release on Coupe performance?

    The extra 10 HP/torque comes from a new official "net" rating system for engines. This system was started in '05 and is the new way of rating engine HP. Both the conv and the coup are up by 10 hp. By the way, the new Z06 is also up by 5hp to 505.

    Heffner Twin Turbo..how much?

    They moved the top ring up to help reduce unburned air-fuel mix which gets traped between the piston and the cylinder wall. You can expect to see this in all future engines too. :(

    Would you trade your Viper for a Ford GT?

    Until I saw the GT in person, I thought I wanted one bad enough to sell the GTS. But after seeing them in person, I've changed my mind. I might someday buy a used one to park along side the GTS, but I would not get rid of the Viper!
