strange deal....just dynoed mine and got great results with the ECU attached....435 RWHP and 489 torque....mods are similar....I have 3" headers, 3" straight pipes, powereffects mufflers, K&N's, smooth tubes and 70mm Throttle bodies...the thing spanks now...the air temp was about 70 and I can't...
Well, I went out on a limb with my set up for exhaust and thought I would get spanked on the Dyno cuz it was somewhat "unconventional". The regular school of thought being "back pressure is a good thing" and that "legal" is always better....well here is the deal...3" headers, 3" straight pipe...
my dad has it in Cali...and they give you a feakin badge too....they treat him like a god....waving....quick siren and a smile....it is unbelievable....I need that in WA!!
JonB per your post it makes it a very small world....my first and only Indy was 96 and I remember your car and the moment very vividly.....How ironic that it was you....I also remember seeing a sh*t load of Vipers and thinking I will get one of those "someday"....thanks for bringing back a very...
I think it is at powereffects.com....should be around $200 a can....can go from "stockish" quiet to nastry throaty loud....six different settings....I run mine on the 5th one click away from wide open....gives you good backpressure, but still sounds fantastic....I ran open headers and pipes for...

Thanks GadgetMan....Tried the leather care on the wife and now she looks 18!! Sal you are amazing! send more!!!....if my wife goes on this board I am a dead man
I usually idle around 400 with the ECU fully trained....I did notice running hotter in the city but she back down on the road...I have never stalled her once with the new ECU...dyno this week so I will let you know how my set up runs...
Brought the RT home after multiple coats of Sal's finest and the wife would not believe that I did not get the car repainted and figured I had spent about $8k on a new paint job!! Sal you are a master chemist!!....now I have to do her car so she will believe me....

Re: Just put a Mopar ECU on my lightly moded 00\" RT...
mine turned off too and stayed off....I was very happy about that and the SOTP "felt" stronger...excited to hear the dyno results...
I got the best price directly from powereffects....I really like the system and so do my neighbors....I completely yarded out the cats and muffles and it reduced the heat in the cockpit by a great deal.....open pipes were too harsh on the ears so I went with the power effects to get...
