Tators BBQ - May 1st - where to meet up???
Not sure if I will be around that weekend or not...I will be in California during that week but hope to be home for that weekend. I will definately hook up wherever if I make it home in time. Need Opinions-Keep Gen II or go to a Gen III
Keep the GenII..throw the mods on. I also was considering selling my Gen II for a GenIII for the increased performance and braking but have since changed my mind. After seeing pictures of the new Vette was the clincher for me. That car resembles the Gen III waaaay too much for my liking...- Firecat F7 Viper

new stripes on my hotrod!!!!!
I think the red and black combo looks awesome. The only other red and black besides you and Goldman that I have seen is Vipermads. I love that car. No more Zaino!, No more Zaino!, No more...
have been using Meguiars Gold Class with great results but will now try NXT. Just hope the red shines as much as the yellow. Durability is not an issue for me if in fact it dosen't hold up very long. Considering Viper GTS or Modified Z06 Vette
I was kind of in the same situation as you about a year ago deciding on a vette or viper. I always loved the viper ever since they came out in '92 and always said that eventually I would own a viper. What is a Nice 98-99 GTS Going For?
I paid 50k in July 03 for a 98GtS with 2,200 miles on it. Best money I ever spent. Happy as a pig in grease. I guess I might have been lucky. I purchased this car from e-bay sight unseen. Lee Dove license plate bracket (thumbs up!!!)
That bracket is much nicer than the standard Dodge bracket. Much better location....a little too late for me though. I almost cried when drilling through the fascia to put the standard bracket on. Need Honest Opinion....
Ditto...Couldn't have said it better myself. Even if you park far out of the way..people still crowd to it..you will always worry about this car no matter where you leave it. Don't worry bout the gas mileage...I have gotten as much as 22 MPG on the highway at 75 mph. Around town is worse but...- Firecat F7 Viper

Need some opinions
Don't know a whole lot about rims(they are both nice wheels) but I kinda like the 6 spokes better myself.... The 5 spokes with the knurls or nuts or whatever which I assume are the HRE's look a little too busy for my taste. Give the lady her SSR's....she's gonna win anyway!- Firecat F7 Viper

I was thinking of putting mine away for the winter and droping most insurance but decided to keep full insurance coverage on it so I can drive it on salt free days. Am I the only moron who has ever done this?
When I first got my Viper I decided to totally detail it. I pulled the wheels off to grease the chasis and decided to clean wheel well area and also wash and wax the rims while they were off the car. Who is paying lowest insurance?

Is Chevy trying to copy the SRT?
