    On my old Viper i just used a small floor jack to jack up one side of the car a little bit(like right behind the left front) and that would allow enough room to get under the front..

    If he ran 132 with 509 rwhp, then a new ZO6 could see 128 if it has around 470 at the wheels(seems like most LS cars run about 30-40 less at the wheels then there ratings). I dont think a 127-128 is out of reach in excellent weather conditions. Also, the tires wont effect the trap speed much...

    A Supra Getrag with the stock shifter is night and day ahead of a Viper T56 with the stock shifter. How do i know? I have owned both. Guilly, you want to help me out here?

    Its the 7057 sensor then. Id just convert to a NTK and use real fuel..

    I assume you have a Bosch 6066 or 7057 sensor. Octane booster will kill one of them as fast as leaded fuel. Pull your plugs, they are prolly orange also. A NTK sensor holds up much better to leaded fuel.

    Its funny you talk about catch up...the Corvette has always been the nicer car, just had less power. Now that people do not recognize the Viper on the street anymore(other then Gen 1 and 2's) there is really no comparison between the new z06 and Viper.
