    I need to replace the washers on my Belenger headers as the old ones are rusting. Also chnging the temp. sending unit. What are the torque specs? Should anything be applied to the bolt treads? Bill

    Temp gauge problem....always pegged.

    My temp gauge is always pegged to the max when the car is on. Moves back to zero when the car is turned off fine, and vice versa. Bad thermostat? Where is it on the motor? Anything else it could be? Bill

    Mine also looked fine. Just weren't shiny anymore. After I wirebrushed them where they were shiny and clean the worked fine. Bill

    The battery post might be corroded. I had a similar problem in my Ram. I wire brushed the posts and the truck ran fine ever since.

    Re: Springs installed next week, should I have alignment done at the same t I would wait a few days. It takes spring about 100 miles to settle fully settle after install. Best time to align is after this.

    It's not a wax issue. Only the door is affected, and I use the same wax on the whole car. Plus it's also on the door sills, which I never wax, and are not exposed to the sun. I think it has to do with humidity. I took it to the dealer. The service manager looked at it. He has to get...

    Talked to DC. They opened a file on it and said to take it to the local dealer for inspection. They haven't agreed to fix it, just look at it. I will be taking it to Potamkin Dodge tommorow. Hopefully, they agree to fix it.

    No, it's not a repaint. the only panels affected are the passanger door, and the black passanger door sill, the rest of the car is perfect. I don't think it's vandalism. It's isolated to these panels only, from end to end, with not a single bubble anywhere else. Bill
