Torque specs needed...Headers & Temp sending unit.

I need to replace the washers on my Belenger headers as the old ones are rusting. Also chnging the temp. sending unit. What are the torque specs? Should anything be applied to the bolt treads?

According to my manual....... 20 ft. lb. for the temp sensor and 200 in. lb. for the header bolts. I would put thread sealer on the sensor and red locktite on the header bolts.
