Had an 05 Vette and 03 Viper at the same time. I ended up selling the Vette. The Vette was definitely more of a DD, but to me, the Viper felt like a true, raw sportscar and the Vette, well it felt like a fast DD..But then again, The more brutal the better since it is a toy. Have you drove a...
Is this possible? I believe it is treesnake that has the hatch glass on his serpent, but i was not sure if this is possible....Also, does anyone actually own a the vipair hood on here? id like to see more pics.
Im aware of this. Bowling Green is the Corvette capital. But Ive heard from him that the Corvette is much more machine built. If you go on Dodges website, it is one of the selling points of the Viper. I did a search online and came up empty handed on hand built Corvettes. Well all articles refer...
Like I said, the Corvette is a great car. Great bang for a buck performance that is comfortable to drive everyday. Paint issues definatey suck, but Id take that over mechanics. I just never heard of a lemon Viper really, even though I know they are out there and the production numbers are...
2010 GrandSport exploded *POOF* - Page 2 - Corvette Forum
First of all, I'm not bashing the Corvette. I had an 05 Corvette and it was a great car. But It did have electrical problems. I know that the Corvette is a mass produced car, but still, it is their flagship of performance. Although I...
I am from Buffalo NY and a local guy is still driving his 96 b/w GTS in the snow covered, salted roads. I saw it yesterday and there was about a foot and a half of snow sitting on it. Does anyone here drive their snake in the snow/ salted roads?
Crazy that your trailer is there. I just bought a Viper in Webster a month ago and had to drive it home in a downpour because the trailer we had wasnt wide enough. It awesome that you are willing to help out us Viper owners :2tu:
Try firmly pushing on the end of the door (where it opens) while turning the key under the door. I tried this the other day and it worked like a charm.
I definately will. Im glad you posted the graphite stripes because im leaning toward that. I just have to decide paint vs vinyl. I have a really hard time perminately altering a car, Especially a viper. But the graphite looks soooo good...
Hello, I have a 2003 Silver Viper that is completely stock. I dont want to permanently modify it, so I was thinking about the blue stripes that some silver gts cars had back in the day. Possibly graphite, but strongly leaning toward the blue. If possible, Id really like to see some pics of my...
Well I am extremely confused. I pulled the radio today out of my car and looked under the passenger side glove box to see where the antenna runs up to the windshield. Theres a plastic plate covering the wire end so I can't see too much but i did notice something. The foot light didn't work. So...
In regards to changing the oil, if I change it now since the car isn't being driven and then I put in on the road may 1, am I supposed to change it again? Ive heard to change it before winter and to change it after because vipers have aluminum pans that attract moisture or something.
Thanks guys, the 68 Runner is my friends who was waiting to buy the car off a gentleman for MANY years. He's also 22 and money isn't exactly growing on trees yet, so he is slowly restoring it. It is a 383 auto, but he just bought another 383 motor which he plans on stroking and also bought a 4...
