    I believe you will find the Engine S/N on the side of the block above the pan rail below the #2 and #4 spark plugs. The car's full VIN should be on the same side, but vertically stamped on the rear bellhousing flange. Unless the engine was replaced at some point, it should match the windscreen...

    Be sure your plug wires are installed on the correct coil terminals. Many manuals are wrong.

    I think the only complete VIN is on the windshield frame and possibly the engine block. All the rest of the pin stamped numbers around the frame are partials starting with the year and model codes, followed by the 6-digit numeric.

    100F ambient is really not very hot. 235F coolant is not unreasonable in those conditions. If the temp warning light comes on, then it's time to ease off and rest it.

    All 92-02 front calipers were the same except for "RT/10" or "VIPER" logos on them.
